What is WildlifeSaving
WildlifeSaving lets you adopt real wildlife cared for at WildlifeSaving web site partners - wildlife rehabilitation centers around the world. By adopting wildlife you willl:
* donate directly for its care at the shelter
* receive a printed certificate with your name and your adopted animal name and photograph
* gain access to updates about your adopted animal, new photos and more
Why WildlifeSaving
Each of us can make a small effort to help wildlife in-need, and together we'll make a big difference and create a positive change for both wildlife and humans. WildlifeSaving is committed to facilitating this change by establishing a two-way channel connecting Internet users with wildlife around the world. By providing its users with the tools to actively participate in wildlife rehabilitation and conservation through wildlife adoption, and by providing educational materials about wildlife, we can make the world a better place for both humans and animals.
How to adopt via WildlifeSaving
To adopt and help wildlife, please register, select wildlife for adoption from a list of available animals and send adoption fee online to your adopted wildlife. Donations are received by our partners, participating wildlife care centers worldwide, and are used to care for your adopted wildlife.
Once you have adopted wildlife on WildlifeSaving, you become a WildlifeSaving Friend and are granted access to timely content describing the progress of your adopted wildlife. You'll be able to read reports sent by your wildlife care taker, view photos and videos of your wildlife and listen to it (if it makes any sounds).
WildlifeSaving will publish wildlife knowledge articles, pod-casts, map mash-ups, multimedia presentations and more, all focused on teaching you about wildlife and how can you help wildlife survive and thrive.
WildlifeSaving will put you in touch with other wildlife lovers like you. With WildlifeSaving social networking features you join a community of active wildlife enthusiasts.
