The collaborative nature of WildlifeSaving guarded online communities help children develop important social skills while gaining a deeper understanding of their role as members of an active community focused on helping wildlife. Adopting members (WildlifeSaving Friends) are granted access to timely content describing the progress of their adopted wildlife: caretaker blogs, current wildlife images, video and audio files and social networking features
By joining WildlifeSaving you and your child can help abandoned, orphaned and injured wildlife. WildlifeSaving provides your children a way to get involved, make a real difference and secure a happier and healthier future for both animals and humans on this planet.
WildlifeSaving goal is to support international wildlife rehabilitation centers through wildlife online adoption. WildlifeSaving features a unique concept combining wildlife conservation activities with participatory online learning, aimed primarily at children.
WildlifeSaving is designed for 6-15-year-olds but is open to all ages.
WildlifeSaving employs highly trained, on-site staff to monitor user generated content posted to the site, receive reports of misconduct and provide support. Members who engage in inappropriate behavior might be silenced or banned.
In addition to being a great place to meet wildlife and have fun, WildlifeSaving is a great place to learn and grow. On WildlifeSaving, children practice reading, develop keyboarding skills and participate in creative role-playing.
The cooperative nature of the WildlifeSaving environment, along with initiatives such as our secret agent and tour guide programs, also help children develop important social skills while gaining a deeper understanding of their role as members of a community.
By joining WildlifeSaving you and your child can help saving wildlife and and preserve the environment, equip and support wildlife care centers, care for abandoned, orphaned and sick wildlife and offer hope.
