Over 230 primates have entered the sanctuary and have been rehabilitated through the IPSF and more primates are continually admitted
Mission&Goals
Projects
IPSF accepts monkeys confiscated by Israel's Nature and National Parks Protection Authority as result of illegal tading or keeping, as well as monkeys arriving from research labs. A professional team physically and emotionally rehabilitates the monkeys arriving at IPSF. The team then locates, in Israel and around the world, proper permanent arrangements best fit for each. Along side with its rehabilitation activities, IPSF runs country-wide educational activities such as lectures and presentations on the subject of wildlife rehabilitation and conservation. |
